Intimate and elegant, the restaurant’s roots are based on the local tradition reinterpreting the classical Piedmont dishes and using high quality produce selected by the chef and purchased from small farmers throughout the territory.
Chef Damiano Nigro, assisted by his brother and pastry chef Giovanni and by restaurant manager Elena Boffa, has significant working experiences in the most prestigious Italian and European restaurants.
Chef Nigro’s cuisine offers dishes pairing tradition with creativity.The wine list features the very renowned local wine producers. In addition, it includes a selection of other domestic and non domestic wine regions.
