The restaurant of Villa d’Amelia, recognized by the most prestigious gastronomy guides, presents itself with a new identity this season: a renovated dining room, a refined décor and an informal atmosphere. A new gastronomic concept named DaMà managed by the chef Damiano Nigro, a leading figure in the Italian haute cuisine. The DaMà essence is a combination of tradition and experimentation with particular attention to the research of top quality raw materials: protagonists are the typical Piedmontese dishes revisited in a contemporary key and at the same time new flavors inspired by the Mediterranean tradition, in a delicious union between North and South, sea and hills, the pleasure of discovery and the warmth of home.

The gourmet restaurant Damiano Nigro, 1 Michelin star, is a territory of exploration and discovery: in a cozy and exclusive environment, the chef will guide the real gourmand palates in a tasteful itinerary of haute cuisine; the culinary proposals, created and presented with great care, are the result of experience, study and experimentation, without ever distorting the precious ingredients that are at the base. Three menus, one of which is vegetarian, are the gastronomic paths that chef Damiano Nigro offers to his guests in this renewed space dedicated to the great cuisine.
