The Villa d’Amelia restaurant, awarded by the most prestigious gastronomy guides, has a new identity this year: a renovated dining room, a refined ambience and an informal atmosphere. A new gastronomic concept called DaMà Sentiero under the direction of chef Dennis Cesco. The cuisine of DaMà is a combination of tradition and experimentation, with particular attention to the use of excellent raw materials, with local ingredients from farmers, breeders and shepherds in the area. The protagonists are the typical Piedmontese dishes: stories refreshed and renewed by the young chef’s gaze speaking of the magical land of Alta Langa.
