The DaMà Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday for dinner.
An evening at DaMà is a journey to be explored together with the dining room and kitchen brigade; it is strongly rooted in the availability of local and seasonal products and is influenced by the network of friendships with the small suppliers we trust. What is proposed is therefore an indicative menu, which may and will vary according to these criteria. There is no à la carte choice due to the very fact that each course is linked to the previous one like one step follows another on a Path, a Sentiero.
