For your own health, safety and comfort please inform the therapist about your health status please before your massage. The therapist will use the information to tailor the massage to your needs, taking your medical and emotional state into account.
Cancellations:
We strive to offer you an exceedingly personal and relaxing experience, and for this reason we set a massage time aside just for you. Please notify us in good time of any cancellation or rescheduling. In the event of no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the massage time, a penalty will be applied as follows: €65.00 per person for each 30-minute massage, €100.00 per person for each 50-minute massage, and €150.00 per person for each 75-minute massage.
In the event of lateness, your massage time may be reduced in order to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.
