Booking Terms and Conditions
Dear Guest,
to ensure an excellent experience at our restaurant, please read and accept the following conditions before proceeding with your reservation.
1. Dining Experience and Menu
• Seasonality: Our culinary offerings are based on the freshness and availability of seasonal ingredients; therefore, the menu may be subject to changes throughout the year.
• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying dishes during service.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
To guarantee your reservation, credit card details are required. No charge will be made at the time of confirmation.
• Cancellation Terms: Reservations can be cancelled or the number of guests modified (subject to availability) at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Penalty: In the event of cancellation or modification of the number of guests after the 24-hour deadline, or in case of a No-Show, Ristorante DaMà reserves the right to
charge a fee of €40 per person to the credit card provided.
3. Arrival and Table Management
• Punctuality: Reservations are held for a maximum of 20 minutes. Beyond this time, without telephone notice, the table will be released.
• Seating: We cannot guarantee seating in specific areas of the restaurant (e.g., outdoors) unless previously agreed upon with the restaurant management.
4. Dress Code and Pets
• Dress Code: Formal attire is not required. We kindly ask guests to avoid overly informal clothing (such as flip-flops or bathrobes).
• Pets: Pets are welcome. Please mention their presence in the notes so we can assign you the most suitable table.
5. Last Minute Bookings
